We will organise all the musicians and groups for your wedding, ensuring a
perfect soundtrack from start to finish. A selection of hand-picked musicians
will deliver music to impress and entertain you and your guests, making your
wedding into a truly memorable occasion.

Our People
|
The Bigday team is led by manager Greg de
Blieck, who is responsible for selection of musicians and corporate policy.
Events coordination is handled by Jake Bingham.
As music graduates and professional 'gigging' musicians (across a variety of
styles and instruments), the Big Day Music team are in a strong position to
understand a client's unique requirements, and provide musicians who are
exactly suited to the event. We're also really nice people: feel free to phone us for a chat!

Our Players
|
We have an extensive network of first-rate musicians many of whom we perform
alongside on a regular basis.
This crucial first-hand experience means that we
can put our seal of approval on every musician or group that we send out to
your event. Our roster of musicians includes players from the
RSNO and Scottish Opera to in-demand session musicians and even members of famous
mainstream bands. We can provide music in a variety of styles, from ceilidh
and folk to jazz and classical. The musicians we provide
are always professional gigging musicians of the highest caliber (not
hobbyists), and can be relied on to:

years in advance. Great musicians with a fantastic caller to instruct the
dancers where explanations are required. The Jiggers perform either as a 3, 4,
or 5 piece band, and offer DJ and lights as an optional addition to the
celebrations.

Award winning piper Donald offers a selection of bagpipe options for various
sizes of event. Small pipes for wee events, highland pipes for larger ones.
Dressed in the full Scottish regalia, he will not only sound great, but will
look the part too!

| Audio Help |
| In order to hear the audio samples, you need the following:
|
|
1. A computer that plays back audio (ie you have speakers and a soundcard: and
can hear other audio sounds from it like music or windows sounds.)
2. A media player capable of playing Mp3 files installed (most computers have
something already eg windows media player/quicktime)
3. A web-browser that is 'allowed' to download mp3 files. Some office networks
or firewall programmes are set to prevent this.
If you have a slow internet connection (eg 56k dial up) then each track is
likely to take around a minute or two to download entirely. If you want to hear
the track without it "stop-starting", you should right click the link, select
"save target as" and then save the file to your computer. This will start
downloading the file, where you can open it from your hard disk at your
leisure.
Broadband users should only have to wait a few seconds before the track starts
to play once clicked.

CANCELLATIONS
Bigdaymusic.net take their obligations seriously, and
will make every reasonable effort to provide the agreed service. So far we have
never cancelled a booking after officially confirming it and we fully intend to
maintain our impeccable record. Please contact us if you would like details of
